Not long after entering the mortgage banking field, Terra Bullock Winter was recognized as the Rookie of the Year by the Mortgage Banker’s Association of Georgia, an award presented to the individual who closes the highest volume of loans in the state of Georgia during his or her first full year in the business.

Terra’s early success has continued throughout her career as a private financial advisor and senior mortgage loan officer, and into her current position as Vice President at Brand Mortgage.

Terra, who earned her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of the South and MBA at Brenau University, is also a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett (class of 1999).

Active in her community, Terra is on the Cornerstone Committee for the Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation, serves on the board for  the Gwinnett Children’s Shelter and is involved with her church.

Terra is married with a young son.
